Use EmbaGYN in conjunction with Kegel exercises for best results
Most patients find it comfortable to use EmbaGYN at night before going to bed
Before you start:
Clean the EmbaGYN trainer gently with soap and water (do not immerse).
Insert two AA batteries into the control unit.
Insert the two prongs of the lead wire into the matching receptacle end of the EmbaGYN Trainer wire.
Plug the USB port end of the lead wire directly into the EmbaGYN control unit.
Empty your bladder (urinate).
Make sure the device is turned off.
Starting your session:
Insert the trainer into the vagina until the flange at the end is visible (the flange should remain outside of the vagina at all times).
Turn EmbaGYN on by pressing the ON () for three seconds.
Press the P button () on the unit to select the program that was recommended by your physician.
To adjust the strength, press the strength up () or down button (). Increase the strength to a level where you feel the sensation but is not overly painful. It is important to be conservative upon initial use.
The length of each session is automatically set at 20 minutes. This time can be adjusted by pressing the time selection button ()
When the timer reaches zero, your session is complete. You can press and release the OFF button () once to turn off the power.
Remove the EmbaGYN trainer from your vagina by grasping the trainer flange and pulling gently outward.
Wash and thoroughly dry the EmbaGYN trainer before placing it and the EmbaGYN Control Unit into the storage pouch.
